Meet the Team

Matt Murray-Downing
Matt is a Human Performance Consultant & Physiotherapist working with both Red Bull junior Drivers in Formula 2 and British Gymnastics teams. He holds expertise in upper limb injuries, sports rehab & Paediatrics and has delivered guest lectures on sports performance at Writtle College. He has a degree with Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning coach.

Bradley Scanes
Brad is a Human Performance Consultant, Professional Sport and Private Chartered Physiotherapist, and Performance Coach. He currently works with Formula 1 World Champion, Max Verstappen, as well as consulting to the British Gymnastics team and providing injury assessment and treatment. With a Masters in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University, Brad has gained extensive experience working with elite athletes.

Grace Covington
Grace is a physiotherapist with specialized training in pelvic health, who can work with clients on pregnancy, gynaecology, hormone-related issues, performance training, and injury rehabilitation. She has worked with professional rugby and international rugby sevens teams in the past and now consults with individual athletes from various sports such as horse jumping, triathlon, dance, and boxing.

Bradley Scanes
